Graduation application serves as the basis for evaluating the academic records of a student/graduate. If a student:
- completed all academic requirements of a program, and
- received all grades in the transcript,
she/he should apply for graduation without delay. The Student Affairs Office reviews student records upon the submission of the application.
A student is not eligible for degree conferral if any of the requirements are not satisfied (curriculum requirements, internship, etc.) and in case of any incomplete grades in the transcript. All financial obligations must be settled.
If your personal information has changed since the enrollment (such as your name or surname), you must submit the proof of change to the Student Affairs Office.
The application is not available online and it can be only personally submitted at IUS.
Application Requirements:
- Completed Graduation Form (download here);
- Completed Statement on Diploma Delivery (download here);

Step 2: Submit completed Graduation Form, Form of Diploma Delivery and Statistical Form for Graduate SV50 to the Student Affairs Office (SAO). If you completed a minor degree, make sure that this is confirmed on your form as well;
Step 3: Failure to apply in a timely manner can delay degree conferral;
Step 4: Place the Survey Form of IUS Graduate to the suggestion box vacant in building A or B (at the entrance);
Step 5: Make sure you bring your Student ID Card to SAO, as well as the collected documentation from your student file;
Step 6: Wait for a confirmation e-mail from SAO about your Graduation Certificate. It takes up to 7 days to prepare this document.
Step 7: Wait for a confirmation e-mail from SAO about your Diploma and Diploma Supplement. It takes up to 3 months to prepare these documents.

The celebration usually occurs in June with the exact date being published in the academic calendar. Official degrees are not awarded on this day as the ceremony is for celebration purposes only.
